Our Story

HR ACT was founded in 2013 to support organizations to get their Workforce Management 100% compliant.

 

HR ACT has a unique portfolio.
On one hand HR Compliance expertise for Multinational Companies operating in Asia, helping the customers to avoid“RISKY BUSINESS IN HR” and, on the other hand, comprehensive HR Operations and Business Support for Start-Ups and small businesses. As per our motto “You manage your Business Growth, We manage your HR Operations” we ensure that everything is done compliant and efficient from the beginning.
HR ACT and its strong network of experienced HR Heads (HR ACTors) from several countries (Australia and throughout Asia) manage customer projects and provide ongoing local support.
Eckart E. Jensen, the CEO and owner of HR ACT, is the Chairperson of the HR Asia Committee of the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (since 2007) and also a Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (HR Committee and ASEAN working group).
Recently he became the Member of the Board of the Global Association for Human Resources Management (GAHRM) and is the subject topic leader for Workforce Compliance. The Association consists of 80 HR Leaders worldwide and published the “Do’s and Don’ts in Human Resource Management” and will release the Handbook for Human Resource Management in Spring 2016.
