HR ACT will be your administrative and operational Human Resources partner until your business has grown to 25 employees. At this stage, we recommend employing your own part-time Human Resources professional to manage your administrative and operational needs. Based on our experience, this person will spend approximately 50% of her/his time meeting the required internal co-ordination tasks of a business between 25 to 50 employees. Of course, HR ACT will support and train this person wherever required.
An HR Department of One full time employee will be required for businesses with 50 or more personnel.
