We serve and support forward-thinking firms and organisations to get lean, reduce costs and accelerate internal HR processes for further growth, improved organisation and productivity.

Our client portfolio includes small German-European companies based in ASEAN region and foreign-owned companies in Germany.

We support remote-working by providing cloud and digital services to make HR better for our clients. Our operations are currently serving organisations from Australia (WA), Malaysia, Singapore, and Germany. We will be further expanding our service to other parts of Europe, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Eckart E. Jensen, CEO and founder of HR ACT Pte Ltd, is the Chairperson of the HR Asia Committee of the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (since 2007) and also a Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (HR Committee and ASEAN working group).
